a (a) Delivery services and charges Mon- Sat: 10am- 8pm (except special days) Same day delivery: If order is received after 2pm, same day delivery cannot be guaranteed, although we will try our upmost to satisfy our customers’ demands. On-time delivery is dependant on season and delivery address. Delivery charge: The above charges apply to areas which are on the MTR and KCR lines. Service charges for delivery to other areas are subject to other costs and can be negotiated. (b)Adverse weather conditions If typhoon signal #8 or above, or (Red or Black) rainstorm warning have been hoisted, we will contact our customer to re-arrange delivery time. If our customer cannot be contacted, delivery will take place the day after the warning has been lowered. (c) Amendment of Delivery Date or Time If you need to amend your delivery date or time, please advise at least 1 day before original delivery date and we do all we can to re-arrange delivery for you. To amend delivery time or date during special occasions (such as Valentine’s or Mother’s Day), customers are required to contact us at least 3 days before delivery. To avoid incorrect delivery or delay, please provide us with the recipient’s phone number so that we may contact them; we will make delivery at the specified time and date, but if the recipient is not at the delivery address, we will contact them to amend the delivery time and place. If no-one can be contacted and delivery cannot be made, no refund will be available. (e)Primary Flower changes If the primary flowers cannot be supplied (due to seasonal or stock reasons), we will contact the customer to advise. We will not however, advise the customer if secondary flowers cannot be supplied. (h) Refund guarantee For your peace of mind and confidence in our company, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products, decorations or flowers, we will gladly refund your money. If you do not advise us of your dissatisfaction within 3 days of delivery, A Plus Florist reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund.
